Hysterical hydraulics and malfunctioning code, the endless parade of updates, the senseless waste and overabundance of every kind of information, over-stimulation and unanswered desires. machines hoot, holler, and shriek in a savage mimicry of nature. systems that are impossible to follow, yet demand obedience.

Montreal-based experimental musician/sound artist Martin Rodriguez and left-field beat-maker Leon Louder have been recording and performing together as Data Slum since 2016, using a multitude of sonic machinery to create a saturated, textured, lo-fi alien landscape.
